Isjujaya Sdn Bhd (ISB) was incorporated on the 15th day of February, 1975 with a paid up capital of RM 1,000,000.00. At the time of the incorporation the name of the company is M/S Dayabaru Sdn Bhd for which is later changed to Isjujaya Sdn Bhd (ISB) on the 19th day February, 1986 when it was taken over by the new shareholders/ directors.

The Company pursue a definite business line majoring as suppliers of Broadcast Solutions and multimedia audio visual systems and equipments, facilities and various other products and/or services as depicted in the certificate of registration with the Treasury.
